It's about time you got a little more respect and recognition. You're more than due a little gratitude and appreciation. Money and love are the two topics that astrologers get asked about most. They create the most anxiety, reflect the most desire and represent the areas about which we have the most amount of concern yet the least amount of power. But my job, as I look to the stars, is to tell you that you DO have power - and choice, especially with regard to your financial future. Even in the few areas where nothing you can do will make a difference, the change in your attitude that you can bring about will yet make a difference to the lack of difference!

This is not me psychologically preparing you for bad news. It is, though, me saying that if you want good news on the financial front, you have to go out and create it. You've got to apply yourself in the right area, in the right way, to the right thing. The right thing is what feels right to you. Not what you feel ought to feel right nor what somebody else tells you ought to be right. You are in a position of surprising strength. Sedna, the newly-discovered planet at the edge of our solar system confirms this. The planet of emotional intelligence is passing through the part of your chart that governs faith and wisdom. All she wants you to do in the coming year, is nurture your integrity and refuse to be drawn into making petty compromises for the sake of apparently temporary gains.

PART TWO
In 2005 you will begin to understand yourself more than ever before. This will rapidly enable you to see some of the issues, tensions, conflicts and problems of the past in a very different perspective.

This will will help you to get out of what has lately been a bit of a spiral of stress. You have tried reaching for various hopes and aspirations. They have seemed tantalisingly near - yet when you have reached out to grasp them, they have crumbled to dust. This has led to a real sense of nervousness. You don't yet understand why a plan didn't pay off so now you wonder whether any of your choices are ever likely to prove wise. Yet just because things have been difficult, you can't assume they will remain so. A story still remains to be told. A new way of thinking could yet bring it to a very different and much more delightful outcome.

To arrive at that outcome, you don't have to change anything that you are currently doing. Nor do you even need to alter the way you act or think. Indeed, it's important that you don't. You need to have faith in who you are because, if you are insecure about your own identity, you can never hope to be happy within a relationship.

It may, though, prove necessary to acknowledge that all relationships are between people. People, no matter how much they may pretend otherwise, are insecure, unreasonable and inconsistent. Thus we are all difficult to live with. That's why so much of your life currently seems to involve an endless search for deeper meaning and greater integrity. This year, you get the chance to fulfill many deep dear dreams and a chance, too, to create the kind of future that you most want to see. All you have to do to seize that chance is be more careful about the compromises you are making. You can't drop them overnight nor can you ignore the very real restrictions that certain vital obligations place you under.
